* Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, please allow up to 4 business days for processing.
* Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
* Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
* Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.
* Order Tracking: Once your Aivri order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
* Damaged Items: If your product arrives broken or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can send a replacement immediately.
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for the safety of all our customers, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.
Returns & Exchanges:
* We accept returns or exchanges only on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery.
* Products that have been opened, tested, or had the safety seal removed are not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons.
Refunds:
* Once we receive and inspect your unopened item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping:
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
