Refund policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for the safety of all our customers, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

Returns & Exchanges:

* We accept returns or exchanges only on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery.
* Products that have been opened, tested, or had the safety seal removed are not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons.

Refunds:

* Once we receive and inspect your unopened item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping:

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
